Saras is one of the most brilliant facilitator I have come across. She is authentic, patient and never makes it about herself, which I believe is one of the greatest qualities of a Coach or a Mentor. Therefore she is an excellent coach and mentor. I was always absolutely eager, alert, interested and committed throughout the program because of her facilitation style. What makes her style different than other facilitators is that not only our entire bach felt enthused to attend her sessions but we all felt like one family and could allow ourselves to be totally free and vulnerable with each other.
