Manideepa Devi
Human Resource Manager Pharma IndustryLooking back on my ICF Level 1 journey, the biggest shift for me has been moving from focusing on the problem to truly being present with the person. I've unlearned the habit of being the expert with answers and learned to trust curiosity, active listening, and the client's ability to create their own transformation. This journey has also changed how I show up in everyday conversations. I no longer feel the need to fix or advise immediately. Instead, I listen more deeply, stay curious, and create space for people to feel truly heard, leading to more intentional and meaningful connections.

Association Vice President at HDPILooking back on my ICF Level 1 journey, I've developed a deeper understanding of humans, including their values, experiences, beliefs, and sense of agency. It felt like new territory to explore. This experience has improved my relationship choices and how I engage with others. I now understand people better, and in coaching, I focus more on observing shifts in energy rather than trying to immediately find solutions in conversations.
