Saras is one of the most brilliant facilitator I have come across. She is authentic, patient and never makes it about herself, which I believe is one of the greatest qualities of a Coach or a Mentor. Therefore she is an excellent coach and mentor. I was always absolutely eager, alert, interested and committed throughout the program because of her facilitation style.
