For many years individual coaching has been critical and has ICF recognizes Team Coaching as the fastest-growing discipline in the coaching specialization. Teams, as any organization’s unit, drive innovation and the business mission forward.

To become an ICF credentialed Team Coach, join the WSC – TC Certification which fulfils the ICF requirements of an accredited program to enable you to obtain the ICF specialty designation for team coaching, the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Shift the focus from Individual System Development to the Team & Organizational System Development.
