Refer and Earn Program Policy

1. Purpose

The Refer and Earn Program is designed to encourage individuals to share the benefits of our coaching programs within their networks. By referring others, participants can earn rewards while helping expand our thriving learning community. Referral rewards are applicable only when the referred individual successfully enrolls in the Systemic Coaching International (SCI) Program.

2. Scope

• This program applies only to coach training programs of 60 hours or more.

• It is not applicable to short-term courses or programs offered at corporate rates.

• Currently, the program is valid only for the ICF Level 1 (ACC) Coach-Specific Education Program.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Refer:

• Anyone may refer without any cap on the number of referrals.

• Participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary.

When Referral Bonus is Applicable:

• The referred person must enroll in the ICF L1 ACC Program and pay:

  • The registration amount, and

  • Either the first installment, or

  • At least 33% of the total course fee, if full payment is not made upfront.

Additional Eligibility Terms:

• Referrals must be new leads—individuals who have not previously contacted SCI through the website, social media, or personal connections.

• Referred individuals must begin their program within 90 days of the referrer submitting their contact details.

• SCI may reject referrals deemed low quality, unsolicited, or non-compliant with the intent of the program.

• Referrers must not be involved in any unethical or disciplinary matters.

• Final eligibility is at the discretion of SCI management.

• Referrers are responsible for complying with local laws regarding incentives and must manage any tax obligations arising from the referral bonus.

4. Referral Bonus Process

5. Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be processed and paid within 15 days of the referred individual making the qualifying payment, as outlined above.

6. Policy Review & Amendments

SCI reserves the right to review, revise, or terminate this Refer and Earn Policy at any time, to ensure alignment with our business strategy and regulatory requirements.
