Refer and Earn Program Policy

1. Purpose

The Refer and Earn Program Policy aims to encourage individuals to share the benefits of our coaching programs within their networks while rewarding them for successful referrals. By participating, both current and prospective members help expand the reach of our educational offerings and contribute to a thriving learning community. To express our heartfelt thanks for the referral, we have a small token of appreciation for individuals if their referred person enrolls in the Systemic Coaching International (SCI) Programs.

2. Scope

• Currently, this Referral Program applies to the following programs:

  • ICF L1 ACC Coach Specific Education Program
  • ICF WSC Team Coaching Program

• It does not apply to short courses, or where corporate rates are in effect.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• There are no limitations on the number of referrals.
• A referrer gets a referral amount if the referred person enrolls in any of the valid programs by completing the payment of the registration amount and the first installment.
• The individual must not be involved in any unethical, non-compliant, or disciplinary matters. • The management jointly evaluates final eligibility
• Only people who are new and unknown to Systemic Coaching International are eligible to be referred. If they have already been in touch with us through our website, social media, or personal connections, the referral fee will not be applicable.
• SCI may limit your referrals if they are deemed poor quality or unwanted. Our goal is to connect those seeking coach training with SCI, not to spam. This rule will be strictly enforced. 
• Participation in the referral program is completely voluntary. 
• For you to receive your referral fee, the person you referred must start their program within 90 days of you submitting their contact details to SCI.
• This referral is subject to any local laws in your location. It is your responsibility to ensure adherence to any applicable laws and regulations.
• SCI is not responsible for any taxes that may apply to the referral fee you receive. • You will receive a referral amount after your referral has made a payment of:
  • 1. Registration fee + 1st Installment (if referral has taken installment options), 
    OR
  • At least 33% of the total course fee.

4. Referral Bonus Process

• Referrers are required to submit the referral form to get the referral bonus.
• Click on Referral Form to access and fill the form.

5. Payment Terms

Referral amount will be paid within 15 days of the referee making the payment as per the above guidelines.

6. Review & Amendments

SCI reserves the right to review and revise this policy as needed to align with business strategy.
