You can at a given point in time stop using our services on one month's notice. You will be charged for only services availed and notice period. You will be refunded your money on a prorated basis for the services provided by us.
Fees charged for third-party services or tools that are not directly provided by Systemic Coaching International will not be refunded.
In case SCI decides to cancel the course/services that you have enrolled in permanently, then you will be entitled to a refund of money paid in advance.
All refunds will be provided on a prorated basis for the services availed.
To claim your refund for the services availed please send an email to info@systemiccoachinginternational.com with the subject “Refund Requested”
Typically, a refund request will be processed in two weeks once all the documents needed to process the refund are submitted and the refund is approved.
All administrative and taxes applicable to the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by the parties to whom the disputes shall be referred.
In case a sole arbitrator cannot be mutually appointed, either party to the dispute may initiate proceedings in the appropriate court pursuant to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of an arbitrator
The seat and venue of such arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. The courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any litigation ancillary to the above dispute resolution mechanism.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
