She is a leadership coach and organisation design consultant and has held roles for blue chip organizations. In a span of 20+ years, she has worked across MENA and South Asia. She is an accredited PCC (ICF), Team Coach (EMCC-ITCA), and a certified TAM-Practitioner. Along with her experience as an entrepreneur and leader, Lakki is also an award-winning researcher on employee behaviors.
