Since 2015, he has focused on developing leaders and teams as a Leadership & Team coach. With 3000+ hours of coaching experience, he has worked with leaders across industries such as Payment, IT, EPC, and Education. A co-founder of SCI, Nitin is driven by his vision of building ecosystems for systemic impact. He is a PCC (ICF) and Team Coach Practitioner (EMCC), and has been recognized as a “Most Fabulous Coaching Leader” by ET Now.
