Since 1994, she has worked on whole system change with organizations, applying large-scale processes to drive transformation. In 2006, she began her coaching career, focusing on senior leaders and teams across various industries. A passionate advocate for coaching, Saras was a founding member of the ICF Mumbai Chapter in India. She holds an MBA from Clark University, MA, USA, and has extensive experience in organizational and team development, fostering leadership and systemic change.
