Saraswathi G. Anand (Saras)

Saras is an MCC and (Whole Systems) Team Coach accredited by ICF and EMCC. Since 1994, she has worked on whole system change with organizations, applying large-scale processes to drive transformation. In 2006, she began her coaching career, focusing on senior leaders and teams across various industries. A passionate advocate for coaching, Saras was a founding member of the ICF Mumbai Chapter in India. She holds an MBA from Clark University, MA, USA, and has extensive experience in organizational and team development, fostering leadership and systemic change.

Nitin’s passion for software development led him to become an IT leader with 25+ years of experience at Hughes Software Systems, Johnson Controls, Global Logic, and Aricent. Since 2015, he has focused on developing leaders and teams as a Leadership & Team coach. With 3000+ hours of coaching experience, he has worked with leaders across industries such as Payment, IT, EPC, and Education. A co-founder of SCI, Nitin is driven by his vision of building ecosystems for systemic impact. He is a PCC (ICF) and Team Coach Practitioner (EMCC), and has been recognized as a “Most Fabulous Coaching Leader” by ET Now.
